When does the season start & end?
The first games generally fall on the first Saturday in September (September 10th this year). The final games of the season are scheduled for the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
How many practices do we have & when are they?
Most coaches have two practices per week (usually on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday). They are usually scheduled at 3:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. Most coaches practice for 1.5 hours each session. However, many U6 and U8 coaches have one practice per week / with each practice session lasting 1 hour. Every coach is different.
How is my child assigned to a team?
Every effort is made to assign your child to a team that practices close to your home. The Club will not honor any coach or friend requests for the Fall 2011 season. The Club manages over eighty (80) teams and there are a variety of factors that come into play in forming teams such as commuting issues, team balance, availability of coaches, date player's registration was submitted, and number of players registered - to name just a few. The Club does its best, but we ask that you understand that no one is guaranteed to be assigned to a particular team. With over 1,200 kids, our Club volunteers cannot acomodate special requests.
We have changed our mind and would like a refund - how do I get a refund?
You may request a refund by completing and submitting a request for refund form prior to June 1st (a $35.00 processing fee applies to refunds) (Click Here)
What if there are not enough coaches?
Our Club is run by volunteers. Thus, all of our coaches are volunteers. The Club does its best to find enough qualified coaches to provide the opportunity to play for all those children interested in playing. However, if we cannot find enough coaches through parent volunteers, there is the possibility that some children will not have the opportunity to play.
We encourage all parents to consider joining our team and helping to provide this wonderful opportunity to the children of our community. Remember, together we make this Club successful.
