REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE FALL 2010 SEASON

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
WE REQUEST THAT YOU REGISTER ONLINE IN 2010 BY CLICKING
ON THE ABOVE LINK
Due to the high cost of producing and processing mail requests and the significant environmental impact (use of paper etc.), the Club requests that you use our online registration system by clicking on the link above. However, should you require mail-in registration materials, please contact the Club Registrar for appropriate forms etc. for completing mail-in registration at the below link.(CONTACT THE REGISTRAR - CLICK HERE)
- PLAYERS MUST BE AGE 4 BY 7/31/10 TO PLAY IN U6 - Players must be age 4 by 7/31/10 (or older) to play in U6 in 2010. Players may request to "play-up" an age bracket, but such requests are subject to Board approval and considered on a case-bycase basis

VOLUNTEER TO HELP
Consider Volunteering to Help - Indicate on the Registration Form
Our Club is run by volunteers. It is through all of our efforts that we make our Club successful. We encourage parents to consider volunteering to help. Please indicate on the registration form in the area entitled "Parental Support" if you are willing to assist with a team. You may volunteer to coach or volunteer to support the team / Club in other ways. We encourage each parent to consider helping the Club and the kids.

Parents interested in volunteering to coach or assistant coach a team are required to complete a parent registration form. Please complete this form and submit it with your child's registration form.

REFUND REQUESTS
Note - Refund requests need to be postmarked no later than June 1, 2010. All
refund requests are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date.
